PROJECT ACTIVITIES

ECHO4Inclusion develops a set of coordinated activities designed to promote inclusion, strengthen active citizenship, and support youth empowerment through theatre‑based methodologies.

The project is structured into several work packages that guide implementation, training, piloting, and dissemination across partner countries.

Work Package 1 — Project Management

Ensuring effective coordination, communication, and monitoring among all partners, guaranteeing the smooth implementation of activities and compliance with Erasmus+ standards.

Work Package 2 — Training Programme Development

Designing an innovative theatre‑based training programme aimed at youth workers, educators, and cultural operators, integrating creative methodologies and inclusive practices.

The programme adopts a structured, competence‑based approach that combines participatory theatre methods with experiential learning, reflection, and collaborative practice.

It supports professionals in developing inclusive facilitation skills, strengthening cultural awareness, and applying creative tools to address key social challenges within youth communities.

Work Package 3 — Pilot Activities

Testing the training programme with young participants in each partner country,
collecting feedback, evaluating impact, and refining the methodology.

Work Package 4 — Dissemination and Communication

Promoting project results through events, digital communication, publications, and collaboration with local communities and European networks.

Work Package 5 — Evaluation and Quality Assurance

Monitoring the quality, effectiveness, and impact of all project activities, ensuring that objectives are met and improvements are integrated throughout the project lifecycle.
